New Payment Method Announcement - CBTS Hub

Your one-stop shop for registering for courses (modules, live, and self-paced!) and paying semester fees.

Dear Students,

We have heard your feedback that registering for courses and paying fees has not been a user-friendly process. We are excited to announce that we have developed a solution to this problem that we call the CBTS Hub. We designed this system to be your one-stop shop for registering for courses (modules, live, and self-paced!), paying semester fees, and initiating status changes (soon).

To pay and register for courses, all you need to do is access the CBTS Hub from within your Pathway account (you must be logged in). Once on the site, you can select the items you want to pay for. After making your selections, you can pay them in one lump sum or in 5 installments (payment plan).  If you are a church partner or have financial assistance, this should be reflected in the price of your items (free or reduced tuition).

Please note that you should NOT register again for classes that you have already registered for via another form or CBTS pathway.

Another benefit of the CBTS Hub is that you can see the entire catalog of classes that are being offered live and on Pathway. You can even view the syllabus for these courses right from the catalog.

IMPORTANT: The prices you see on the Hub are determined by the accuracy of your student information (church partnership status, financial assistance arrangement, etc.). If you see prices, you are not expecting, please reach out to us at https://support.cbtseminary.org, and we will ensure your data is correct.

How to Access CBTS Hub

You can find a training guide for using the hub here.

Please review this document carefully before reaching out for assistance. Now that the Hub is live, all the forms that it replaces will be disabled.

We want to give a shout-out to Roberto Soriano for his hard work and dedication in designing the Hub and getting it running.

May the Lord bless your studies.

In Christ,
CBTS Staff
