How do I pay semester fees?
Semester fees are paid through Classter. See below for step-by-step instructions.
1. Log in to the Student Information Portal (Classter)
- You should have received an email from our student information portal (CBTS.Classter.com) that is titled "Welcome to Classter." You will need to consult this email in order to access your account. *If you have not received this email (after checking your spam folder) please reply to billing@cbtseminary.org.
- Log in to CBTS.Classter.com using the credentials that were sent to you via email.
2. Review Charges
- Go to the Financial tab.
- Review your charges.
- Keep in mind that the “Period Outstanding” amount is the amount you actually owe.
- The “Agreed Amount” may be higher than what you actually owe because it also reflects future Logos resource payments.
3. Make Payment
- Click on Online Payment.
- Click Pay Now for the amount with the proper invoice date.
- Verify that the “Price” reflects the amount you intend to pay. Verify your email address.
- Agree to the payment terms and conditions.
- Click on “Proceed to Payment.”
- Enter your payment and billing information, and then click on pay.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Wait for your payment confirmation to display on the screen, then click continue.
- Once you have completed your payment, go back to the Financial tab.
- If you have paid all charges due for the fall semester, the “Period Outstanding” amount should be $0. The payment you just made should reflect under “Total Payment.”
- To see the receipt PDF, go under “Invoices and Payment Receipts."
